SHIPPING COVERAGE
We’re pleased to serve customers across all 50 U.S. states and approved international regions.
Orders over $999 qualify for FREE Ground Shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
Separate shipping rates apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international destinations (see details below).
1. ORDER PROCESSING & HANDLING
Expedited Shipping (UPS 3-Day Express, 2-Day Air, Next Day Air)
- Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM PST (Monday–Friday)
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST are processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day.
Ground Shipping
- Ground orders require 1–2 business days handling time before shipment.
- Ground shipments do not follow the expedited cut-off schedule.
- Delivery timelines begin once the package leaves our facility.
Orders are processed in the order received. We make every effort to ship promptly.

International shipping rates do not include customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges.
All customs fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
4. TRACKING INFORMATION
Once shipped, customers receive a tracking number via email.
Ground shipments may be fulfilled via UPS or USPS depending on service availability.
5. DELIVERY DISCLAIMER
All shipping timelines, including expedited services, are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Carrier-related delays due to weather, high seasonal volume, customs clearance, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur.
Muvon Mobility is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.
6. CUSTOMS, REFUSED SHIPMENTS & ADDRESS ACCURACY
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
- Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, refused delivery, or unpaid customs duties may incur return shipping fees.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Additional reshipping charges may apply.
7. LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
All claims for loss or damage are subject to carrier investigation and approval.
Return Policy
30 - DAY RETURN POLICY
We want you to feel confident in your choice with Muvon Mobility.
If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to guide you through the next steps .
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- A 15% restocking fee applies.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
Open box items and international orders are not eligible for return.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To ensure a smooth return and full credit:
- The product must be in new condition.
- It must be returned in its original box.
- All paperwork, parts, and accessories must be included.
- The original packing slip or sales receipt is required (please keep a copy for your records).
We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries or third-party billing for returns.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, we cover the return shipping costs.
If you’re returning an item due to a change of mind, return shipping is your responsibility.
How to Start a Return
Contact Us within 30 Days
Reach out to our support team by phone or online. Please have your order number ready. We’ll provide a Return Authorization number (RA#), the return address, and confirm any applicable fees.
Pack Carefully
Place the item securely in its original packaging, if possible. Include the packing slip or a copy of your receipt.
Label Your Package
Write the RA# clearly on the outside of the box. This helps us process your return without delay.
Ship within 10 Days
All return shipments must be prepaid and sent within 10 days of receiving your RA#. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
Keep Your Tracking Number
Hold on to your return tracking information until your refund is confirmed.
Refund Processing
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method. Most refunds are completed within 3–5 business days. Incomplete returns may cause delays.
